Introduction to electroplating experimental device

The electroplating experimental device is an experiment used for electroplating test research. The Hastelloy trough experiment has the characteristics of good experimental effect and simple operation. It can determine the current density and other process conditions such as temperature and pH value for obtaining a qualified coating in a short time. The structural design of the Hastelloy trough is helpful to observe the experimental situation. The anode and cathode are not parallel, but at a certain angle. The anode is placed at the high position of the trapezoid and the cathode is placed at the bevel position. This is one of the most important features of the Hastelloy trough. In addition, the Hastelloy trough experimental device also includes heating and stirring functions. Heating is achieved by installing a heating rod at the bottom, and the bottom aeration is used to achieve the purpose of solution stirring to ensure the stability and controllability of the experimental conditions.

Operation Instructions
Voltage: Display the current voltage value
Current: Display the current current value
Ampere/time conversion: Click to convert the cumulative ampere value and time value display
Time control: Set the required time value, press the up and down keys to increase or decrease the value setting
Fault indicator: When the machine fails, the fault indicator light is on.
Temperature control: Display the current temperature value, press the up and down keys to set the required temperature value, and the temperature stops outputting when the set value is reached (in the heating state, the heating indicator light is on)
Power switch: Press up to turn on the machine, press down to turn off the machine
Time reset: Press to restart the time calculation and the machine will work again.
Output terminal positive and negative pole: output power supply positive and negative pole, + represents positive pole, - represents negative pole
Air hole: connected to Hastelloy trough air pipe
Output adjustment: adjustable current and voltage values, gradually increasing from left to right
Voltage stabilization/current stabilization: dial up for current stabilization mode, dial down for voltage stabilization mode
